CANCELLATION POLICY

Each client’s appointment is very important to us. We take great care to ensure scheduling is handled efficiently so that every client receives the level of service and professionalism they deserve when booking with Polished & Pampered. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that situations may arise that require you to change your plans. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service total. • Cancellations or Reschedule within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time are considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the service total. • All cancellation and no-show fees are non-refundable and cannot be applied toward future services. Same-Day Appointments Appointments booked within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are subject to the same cancellation policy. • Cancellations made more than 12 hours prior will incur a 50% cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within 6 hours will be charged 100% of the service total. Group Bookings & Multiple Services Group bookings or appointments including multiple services (birthdays, homecoming/prom groups, enhancements with pedicures, etc.) require additional time and preparation. • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes. • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee per guest. Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period is allowed after your scheduled appointment time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened, rescheduled, or canceled and being charged a no show fee. If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment start time, the appointment will be considered a no-show and 100% of the service total will be charged. Agreement By booking an appointment with Polished & Pampered (Nails with Mollie K), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this cancellation and no-show policy and authorize applicable charges in accordance with GlossGenius booking terms.
